This website is "of the residents, by the residents and for the residents". It has been developed by and is supported by SRC residents both technically and financially. Site membership and accessibility is limited to SRC residents.

​There are two main aspects to the website: residents' communications and information content. For additional discussion concerning these two aspects, please refer to the "About" section under this tab.

​This website provides an environment for residents to freely create and exchange information, ideas and opinions, independent from external influence. While website membership is limited to SRC residents, the integrity of the website information is the responsibility for all of the members. When you apply to become a member, you agree to:

• Information that could be considered sensitive must not be copied, downloaded, and/or distributed outside of the website or mentioned verbally to non-residents.

• Members are expected to be courteous and respectful.

• Rumors should be identified as such and when appropriate, the source should be identified.

• Members should be sensitive and use good judgment concerning political, religious, sexual and other content.

Once you have been approved as a resident, you will be able to log on and use the website.
